Marketing Coordinator
TooJay's Deli is seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator with a strong interest in growing with our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the ideal candidate must have outstanding communication skills and organizational knowledge to work independently handling multiple projects. This position will be on-site (5 days per week, M-F) in our West Palm Beach Corporate Office.
Responsibilities : Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle general inquiries.Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.Assist in filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.Prepare and distribute internal communications such as emails, memos, and reports.Manage the guest relations process, by collecting and responding to Guest reviews, escalating those that need immediate attention to Senior Management.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Be a highly resourceful team player, takes appropriate independent action, and asks for guidance when needed.Assist Catering department by following up with leads and inquiries.Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.Knowledge of restaurant locations and hours of operations, and support center positions; ability to transfer phone calls when necessary to the appropriate party.Take on special projects related to Marketing as opportunities arise.Run office errands on occasion (reliable transportation and license required.)All other duties as assigned.Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree preferredCurrent Florida Driver's License and reliable auto2-5 years of administrative experience; Guest Relations experience highly preferred.Exceptional customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OutlookPrevious Hospitality and / or HR experience a plusMust have the proven ability to handle highly confidential information, both written and verbal on a regular basis and capable of maintaining confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion in all dealingsMust be able to convey information and ideas clearly, whether in person, on the phone or in written communicationAbility to work independently, multi-task, anticipate needs and meet deadlinesHighly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to cooperate and build constructive relationships at all levels of organizationUses initiative to meet deadlines and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environmentExercises good judgment and uses integrity in decision-making
