Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing activities for residents in a senior living community
- Provide social work support and counseling to address aging issues and promote emotional well-being
- Manage schedules and coordinate activities to ensure a variety of engaging options for residents
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social work or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of aging issues and ability to provide counseling support
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members
- Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide care and support to elderly individuals
