We are looking for an Executive Assistant as we accelerate our growth journey.
What You'll Do
Provide administrative support and handle a variety of responsibilities in support of the office of the CEO & CFO. Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature, requiring a high level of professional discretion.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manages schedule, including the planning and notification of meetings and appointments. Uses independent judgment in setting priorities and proposing alternatives to meetings
- Screens incoming calls, expediting priority matters and independently handling calls as appropriate
- Reviews incoming correspondence; initiates first response and routes as appropriate
- Handles inquiries from external constituents
- Coordinates and prepares reports and presentations
- Maintains and organizes file systems
- Arranges travel and processes expense reports
- Processes invoices and check requests for payments
- Coordinate and organize special events and projects
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 5 years of C-level administrative support experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong PowerPoint skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks and projects
- Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities
