As the Key Holder you will:
- Achieve personal productivity and assist in meeting store sales goals.
- Engage customers to the advantages of opening and utilizing Brooks Brothers credit card.
- Inspire and motivate customers to buy Brooks Brothers product.
- Accurately record alterations, fees, and call dates.
- Engage customers using a variety of tools such as Thank You cards and Concierge to promote customer relationships.
- Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
- Utilize practices to minimize losses from theft and poor inventory control.
- Assist management in opening and/or closing the store, completing basic operational procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for selling floor.
- Participate in all inventory preparation.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, neat, and organized store environment.
- Prepare transfers, MOS, RTV, and Customer sends.
- Notify management of any shipment discrepancies, missed markdowns, or missing tickets in stock areas.
- Process shipments.

You will also have:
- Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
- May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).
