Brooks Building Solutions is searching for a real "A Player" to be our HVAC Service/Sales Account Executive in Tallahasee, FL. We have hired a third party recruiting firm To handle this important search.

This person will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with existing building owners, facility managers, property managers, and building operators in the Tallahassee, Florida community, to assist them with their Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Automation needs.

The right candidate will have the ability to work independently, have a customer concern mentality, and a history of setting and reaching HIGH     goals.

This position requires prospecting. This consists of phone calls, walk-ins, strategically utilizing LinkedIn, emails, etc. If you are not willing to prospect for new opportunities (not wait for the phone to ring) ... Do Not Apply.

Expectations at Brooks Building Solutions are high and so are the rewards. This is probably the best Sales/Service position available in the Southeast. Your base pay will be $80,000, your commission will more than double that. You will have a $700 month car allowance plus your gas is paid for. Your Health Insurance is fantastic. Brooks has a great culture which is why they have very little turnover. For the right person, this is where you will retire.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $80,000 base salary plus commission. If you are okay with $80,000 this is not for you. We are looking for someone with high goals.
