Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for commercial and industrial projects that aligns with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, real estate developers, and other stakeholders to secure new business and foster long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of new commercial and industrial project opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business development professionals, providing support, training, and direction to achieve performance goals and drive success.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and partnerships to maximize business opportunities and ensure favorable terms.
