As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our global talent pipeline—playing a key part in how we engage, onboard, and develop top performers who drive transformation for Fortune 500 clientele worldwide. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, using your organizational and communication skills to create a seamless experience for candidates, new hires, and existing employees.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Own the recruitment funnel from sourcing to offer, ensuring each candidate experiences timely and transparent communication.
- Track, report, and optimize key recruitment metrics and continually refine job postings for quality and quantity of applications.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate travel, and support Assessment Center activities—documenting performance and behavioral observations.
Onboarding
- Serve as the go-to contact for new hires, guiding them through a thorough and error-free onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal departments to manage orientation, ensuring that each employee’s transition into Brooks International is seamless.
Offboarding
- Lead offboarding processes with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring departing employees have a positive exit experience.
- Maintain all records in compliance with legal standards and company SOPs.
Performance Management & Development
- Champion each employee’s career path by tracking performance reviews (30-, 60-, 90-day, quarterly) and coordinating ongoing training.
- Ensure employees receive meaningful feedback and resources for continuous professional growth.
