Job Description
Summary:
Primarily responsible for groundskeeping at all physical plants including offsite clinics. Performs basic services for preventative maintenance of all physical plants and equipment including offsite clinics. Performs a variety of tasks to assist maintenance mechanics in repair of physical plant associated equipment. Must possess the ability to assist in all areas of Plant Operations. Maintains all hospital and clinic properties through repair, preventative maintenance including spreadsheet creation and documentation to support compliance, groundskeeping and safety inspections in accordance with applicable regulatory agencies and Hospital standards. Participates in week-end on-call for outlying TLC clinics as needed.
Education And Credentials
Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED required. Graduate of a trade school strongly preferred.
Experience
Other information:
Experience in basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing and carpentry required. Advanced skills in the building trades or construction preferred. Must conduct oneself in a professional and ethical manner; maintain good rapport with fellow workers, supervisors, administrations, nursing staff, patients, visitors, and other hospital personnel; must be relied upon to work independently and unsupervised exercising good judgment; verbal and written abilities are required to accept and comprehend orders; must complete tasks despite frequent interruptions.
