Bartenders
Servers and Banquet Event Staff (Servers, Bussers, Runners)
Compensation: Minimum wage service charge % and possible additional gratuities Employment type: part-time
Brookside Country Club is seeking hardworking, motivated, and dedicated individuals to add to our service staff team. Candidates must be motivated, hard working, able to think "outside the box" and not afraid to go above and beyond. Before replying to this post or submitting an application / resume, candidates must understand that all positions require an extensive amount of event setup and breakdown, physical agility, and attention to details.
Brookside Country Club is a Member Owned Country Club therefore a high standard of service is required and expected by our Members and Guests. We are looking for exceptional candidates that will take pride in what they do and continue to maintain our high level of service that is expected by our Members. Experience working in a Country Club environment is preferred but not required.
Bartender positions will require the following: Knowledge of cocktails and recipes, how to properly stock and setup a bar, knowledge of POS and cash handling procedures, and experience in dining service.
Server and Banquet Staff positions will require the following: The flexibility to work all front of the house aspects of F&B including but not limited to: bussing, serving banquets, member dining, ability to read and understand "Banquet Event Orders", and ability to follow instructions well.
All positions require some heavy lifting as it pertains to the set up and break down of events and functions. Candidates must have an open availability to work all days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
These positions also require that you have a current food handler's certification.
