Medical Receptionist – Full-Time (In-Person)
Location: 5330 Manhattan Cir, Boulder, CO 80303
Compensation: Based on experience and skill set
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time, In-Person Only

NatureMed Integrative Medicine is looking for a dedicated Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced front desk work, values patient interaction, and wants to grow in the field of alternative medicine.
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately
Schedule appointments using our medical scheduling software
Check patients in and out quickly and accurately
Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy standards
Verify insurance and process payments
Support daily administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Prior experience in medical or healthcare reception
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfort with high-volume phone calls
Full-time, in-person availability
Preferred:
Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
Knowledge of front desk operations in a clinical setting
QuickBooks experience is a plus
Familiarity with alternative medicine or small medical business environments
