What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Foreman/Project Manager position at Brookside Landscapes Inc?

We're hiring a full-time Landscape Foreman/Project Manager to lead these projects and be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their vision comes to life with precision and care. Responsibilities:
- Manage landscape design-build projects (1 day to 3 months).
- Serve as the primary client liaison throughout construction.
- Collaborate with the construction manager for crew and equipment coordination.
- Arrange material deliveries to job sites.
- Work with clients on-site to make construction and design decisions, supported by design/sales staff.
- Oversee daily job operations and ensure smooth project flow.
- Track and manage project progress, document labor and materials used, and submit reports for project invoicing.
- Participate in foreman meetings, equipment decisions, and provide general leadership.
Work Schedule:
- April–November: 45-55 hours/week (occasionally through Christmas), No Saturdays.
- Christmas/New Year: company wide holiday break.
- January–February: 30-35 hours/week, 4-day work weeks.
- March: 40 hours/week.
- Typical annual hours: 2,100-2,400.
