Duties
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients, ensuring a professional experience.
- Engage with customers to promote products and services.
- Provide outstanding client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate with techs in the field in order to share changes in scheduling and special client requests
- Assist in upselling products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
