Title: Data Modeler
Company: Waste Management

Hybrid: M-Th : On-Site, Friday: Remote
Contract
Responsibilities:
• Design and refine logical and physical data models for Snowflake.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, ETL/ELT mapping documents, and metadata repositories.
• Implement relational and dimensional data structures for analytics especially for Power BI semantic model.
• Optimize data models for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate modeling requirements and perform data analysis on source systems including semi structure data JSON, and XML.
Skills Required:
• Expertise in data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, Lucid chats).
• Understanding of databases and schemas SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake and Semi Structure data.
• Proficiency in SQL and data optimization techniques.
• Experiences in cloud platforms AWS, Azure Fabric, Power BI Semantic models
• Excellent documentation and collaboration skills.
• Experience with designing data models for ETRM reporting and knowledge of Trellis.
