Description:
Brooksource’s government client is looking for someone with call center experience that is used to supporting PCs, laptops, printers, etc. using ticketing software.
The successful candidate will work independently and collaborate with other team members as needed to assist internal clients to resolve their issues by either phone or email. If you are looking to hone and expand your IT skillset, please keep reading and apply below!
Responsibilities:
• Experience troubleshooting peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and Apple mobile devices
• Provides telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
• Provides basic diagnosis, analysis and resolution of issues and customer(s)
• Receive telephone calls and e-mails from users having problems using computer software and hardware or inquiring how to use specific software, programming languages, electronic mail, or operating systems
• Escalate problems in accordance with defined procedures
• Assist users through problem solving steps
• Provide accurate and complete answers to general use and administrative environment questions in a timely manner
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1 years in a customer service/call center position
• 1 years in IT Support
• Foundational understanding of Windows 10 OS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
