Overview :

Excel Management Systems is seeking an experienced PC Technician. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on IT experience in PC deployment, hardware setup, and troubleshooting. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer support while working on-site at various locations across Ohio.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deploy and install new PC hardware, including desktop and laptop computers, operating systems, and required applications.
• Configure and connect peripherals such as monitors, docking stations, keyboards, and mice.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by labeling and documenting all deployed equipment.
• Provide on-site user support, ensuring a seamless transition from old to new devices.
• Follow company deployment procedures and security protocols to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at each site.
• Communicate effectively with team leads, end-users, and IT support staff to resolve any deployment issues.
• Safely lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Travel daily throughout Ohio to various project locations to support deployments.
