Brooksource is seeking an experienced Snowflake consultant to join our client’s learning and education team! In this role, you will act as a technical guide, assisting team members in creating educational content that empowers the organization to effectively utilize Snowflake, and Databricks when needed.
The Snowflake Consultant will be responsible for helping translate and create technical requirements from the Snowflake and Databricks teams into actionable insights and educational content for internal use. This role requires a deep technical understanding of Snowflake and Databricks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the internal Snowflake and Databricks teams to gather and understand technical requirements.
- Translate technical requirements into clear, concise, and actionable content to be shared with the team that will use it to make educational content.
- Work closely with the educational content development team to ensure accurate and effective training materials.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the team creating educational content team.
- Ensure all educational content aligns with the latest Snowflake features and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of educational materials to maintain relevance and accuracy.
- Assist in the development of training programs and workshops for internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Snowflake and Databricks technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand educational content.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
