Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Business Manager to support our management team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in office management. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations while providing support in the Business Office.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring billing and collection activity
- Assures proper accounting procedures and controls are in place and followed
- Ensures payments for billings are posted accurately and on a timely basis. May prepare daily deposits.
- Maintains accurate records to ensure an accurate and timely closing at end of month.
- Assist in managing office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to foster positive relationships.
- Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business administration/accounting preferred
- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Minimum of one year experience in third party billing /collections.
