Mon-Fri 8:30-3:30p Full time Brookville Silver building Qualifications: High school diploma or Equivalent required. Fingerprint Clearance SCR Clearance Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Conducts and monitors implementation of transition services on a student IEP, such as training, education and, where appropriate, independent living skills. Includes transporting students to employment placements or job experiences. Physical aspects may include but are not limited to lifting and transferring of any student within the school setting. Classroom assignments are subject to change based on program needs.
