Brookwood Retirment Community is now hiring for a Maintenance Assistant.
The Maintenance Assistant performs facility maintenance and repair functions. The Maintenance Assistant is knowledgeable in all aspects of facility maintenance and will assist the Maintenance Director. They are a member of a cooperative team providing services that respect the dignity of all facility residents and serves their needs with competence and compassion.
-Perform the day-to-day maintenance duties in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern a long term care facility.
-Cooperate with other departments when coordinating maintenance to ensure that residents' total regiment is maintained.
Works throughout the facility moving intermittently during working hours.
Turns, reaches, stoops and crouches 60 % while performing tasks.
Pay will commensurate with experience.
Minimum Education: High School education or equivalent. Prior Maintenance experience is required.
We offer PTO accrual after 60 days of employment, Benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision) after 30 days. Daily Pay Zaysoon, DoorDash Pass.
