Automotive Sales Consultant

Overview
Brothers Auto Sales is Growing! We are seeking motivated men and woman to join our team. No Experience Necessary! Paid while you train! Training provided from first meeting the customer to saying goodbye. You will be responsible for selling vehicles, taking sales calls, customer follow up with exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate's will have a desire to succeed a willingness to learn and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Conduct thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Build rapport with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Utilize market knowledge to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
• Execute outbound sales strategies, including cold calling potential leads.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.

Skills

• No Experience necessary but motivated with a desire to learn and succeed is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients..
• Ability to conduct cold calling and outbound sales efforts to generate leads.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication we have a very diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer accounts.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
