We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef/Cafe to join our dynamic team to work alongside our Pastry Lead. This position will begin approximately around May 23, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Lead Pastry Chef
- Help prepare desserts, bread, pastas, etc.
- Prepare and plate desserts during dinner service
- Craft and help serve cappuccinos, espressos, coffees and teas for guests
Qualifications:
- Must be 21
- Proven experience as a pastry chef assistant or lead pastry chef.
- Experience crafting coffees, teas, espressos, cappuccinos, etc.
- Upbeat and positive attitude and willingness to work with a dynamic kitchen team.
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding Brothers Daley’s standards of excellence.
- Availability to full time Thursday to Monday (shift starts at 2:00 pm and ends at 10:00 pm).
- Pay is $20/hour plus tip out structure.
