JOB SUMMARY:
A Customer Service Rep is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing sales data to the sales team, and analyzes sales trend. Their duties include managing incoming emails/call, processing orders, maintaining sales related data, identifying and assessing customer needs, and supports the sales team. They are the customers primary point of contact, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email in a professional timely manner.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Inform customers of new product, pricing, and purchasing opportunities.
Sales Support:
- Order processing, tracking, and follow-ups
- Maintain records and update customer records
- Reach out to finance for updated pricing
- Align with new sales and projects
Order Management:
- Processing customer orders accurately and coordinate with scheduler and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.
- QA holds
Collaboration and Coordinating:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to ship more product.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and contribute to process improvements.
- Work/ with quality, scheduling, purchasing, and warehouse to resolve issues or queries they may have.
- Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate sales and customer service reports to track performance metrics (surveys).
- Document customer interactions
- Provide insight and recommendations bases on customer feedback
Qualifications
Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- 3 years of customer service or sales support experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience with order management systems
Salary : $22 - $25
