We’re looking for a Landscaping Sales Representative with strong interpersonal skills and a drive to reach goals and close deals - a collaborative and positive go-getter that’s excited to help us reach our Purpose creating “Beautiful Landscapes and Better Days.”

You will play a crucial role in bringing this Purpose to life by connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering customized landscaping solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Cultivate new leads and build lasting relationships with potential clients.
- On-Site Consultations: Conduct in-person assessments to understand client needs and preferences.
- Tailored Solutions: Present customized landscaping designs, materials, and maintenance plans that speak to our clients’ vision.
- Proposals and Estimates: Prepare detailed and accurate proposals to effectively communicate project scope and costs.
- Sales Follow-Up: Proactively manage leads and close sales while meeting monthly targets.
- Collaborate Efforts: Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about landscaping trends, products, and services to offer informed recommendations.
- Networking: Attend events and trade shows to promote our services and grow our client base (all expenses covered by us).
What You Bring To The Table:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within landscaping, hardscaping, concrete, or a similar field.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities that foster rapport with clients and team members.
- Technical knowledge: Familiarity with landscaping concepts, design, and materials is a plus.
- Motivation and Drive: Self-directed and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results and making things happen is a MUST HAVE.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a reliable vehicle for client visits.
