About the Position: The Senior Director, Procurement will provide leadership in managing the procurement officers and buyers in the acquisition of goods and services for assigned commodities.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and recommend processes enhancement changes to assure acquisition process is efficient and value driven.
- Review and implement best practice trends as necessary.
- Administer the development of contracts for assigned commodities.
- Manage resources for own area, including staffing, budgets, equipment, etc.
Requirements:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Business or Public Administration or closely related field.
- Eight years related business experience, including three years in management.
- Post-secondary or higher education is preferred.
