Minimum Education
- Associate's degree in Instructional Technology, Education, Business or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered where applicable.
- Four years of experience with course design software, learning management systems, interactive media, and other instructional technologies preferred.
- Daily -30%: Develops and maintains course shells for courses. Collaborates with faculty in the development of course guides, syllabi, instructional media assets, and learning resources that meet quality assurance standards in accordance with regional accreditation criteria and programmatic accreditation standards.
- Daily -15%: Supports the design, development, annual review, and revision of course guides, assessment strategies, and curriculum maps. Models exceptional customer service, teamwork, and professionalism in the development/support process.
- Daily -10%: Facilitates workshops designed to enhance the digital skills of the CMC program participants.
- Monthly -10%: Provides technical assistance and support for students and faculty and with external entities in a customer service environment. Collaborates with staff subject matter experts to assist in creating high-quality courses and programs that represent the most current, research-based ideas in a given industry and instructional/curricular strategies.
- Daily -25%: Assists with projects aimed at achieving program deliverables, including recruitment, training, and monitoring the progress of participants.
- Other, as Needed -5%: Attends necessary training, state conferences, meetings, and professional development opportunities in order to stay current with present and future trends in technology.
