">Key Responsibilities:
- Provide collegewide leadership in planning and implementation of initiatives related to procurement.
- Administer policies and procedures, programs, activities for procurement of goods and services.
- Oversee the development and management of solicitations for complex and large volume acquisitions.
- Evaluate and approve procurement methods applied by employees and assigned professional buyers.
- Participate on collegewide strategic sourcing committees and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Business or Public Administration.
- Eight years related business experience, including three years in management.
- Professional certification such as CPPB, CPPO, or CPM is desired.
