The top candidate will have familiarity with the latest Vertical Building construction methods and technology including concrete, steel, roofing, building envelope, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, document control programs, and scheduling programs. Work involves vertical building construction observations, documentation and associated tasks of the more complex vertical building construction projects. Tasks include periodic site visits to identify and record critical events which may affect the project time and cost. Considerable independence and judgment are exercised in planning and carrying out assignments under the direction of a Supervisor. Work is reviewed through occasional inspections and observations to determine adherence to stated objectives and conformity with accepted engineering principles.
