Summary:
Provides day-to-day clinical application support and defines the scope of project objectives. Conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and handles issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Provisioning Analyst

  · Manage system access to various applications

  · Troubleshoot provisioning issues efficiently

  · Ensure accurate and timely updates to access

  · Collaborate with various departments to meet provisioning needs

  · Monitor and maintain provisioning workflows

  · Document processes and procedures related to provisioning

  · Maintain accurate records of provisioning activities

  · Communicate effectively with end-users and stakeholders when processes are modified

  Qualifications:

  · Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience

  · Experience in Epic systems and healthcare workflows

  · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  · Experience in user training and support, preferably in a healthcare setting

  · Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
