Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation & Optimization:
- Lead and participate in the implementation of MyChart features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that improve patient access and engagement.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality aligns with organizational needs.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, including healthcare providers and patients, to resolve technical issues and answer questions regarding MyChart functionality.
- Monitor MyChart usage metrics and generate reports to analyze patient engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of MyChart configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies related to patient information security and privacy.
- Work closely with IT teams, clinical staff, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of MyChart with other Epic modules and third-party applications.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss system improvements, updates, and user feedback.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
· Preferred Certification in Epic MyChart
· Experience in understanding of Epic systems and healthcare workflows.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Experience in user training and support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
