Senior Project Manager / Lead Engineer
- About the Job: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Lead Engineer to join our Municipal Design Teams, Design Services Team, and Client Services Managers to pursue and win various water, water resources, and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- About the Role: In this role, you will lead project team members to execute work involving the planning, design, and construction administration for infrastructure projects. You will manage all phases of project delivery including planning, design, and construction. You will effectively manage project resources to meet or exceed scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
- About Your Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include managing and executing work for water distribution, water treatment, water resources, wastewater collection and wastewater treatment facilities. You will apply engineering analyses and calculations to support design decisions. You will lead multi-disciplinary design teams, providing overall project management and design coordination.
- About Working with Clients: You will interface directly with clients to understand and meet project needs and expectations. You will prepare technical memoranda, reports, drawings, specifications, permits, contract documents, and other deliverables. You will guide submittal reviews, requests for information, correspondence, change requests, pay applications, and change orders for construction projects.
- About Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field required. A M.S. degree in related engineering field with a focus on wastewater and water treatment facilities is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should have PE in Wisconsin or ability to obtain one within 6 months. They should have minimum of 10 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater engineering and consulting required. They should have strong understanding of engineering principles related to water/wastewater distribution, conveyance, and treatment.
