Role Overview:
As an Ad Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our campaign execution. This is a detail-heavy, data-driven role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for setting up affiliate ad campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, and supporting performance optimization across a variety of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the setup, tracking, and monitoring of affiliate ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with affiliate partners to ensure accurate tracking and proper ad placements.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
- Troubleshoot tracking and technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of campaign specs, processes, and affiliate guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding ad content and tracking.
- Assist in onboarding new affiliates, providing them with necessary assets and tracking links.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in ad operations, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. (internships considered)
- Interest in or exposure to affiliate networks (CJ, Rakuten, Impact, ShareASale), MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), or tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Clear communicator who enjoys working with both data and people.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and optimize campaigns.
