THE JOB
The Coordinator, Digital Ad Operations is key to implementing the technical infrastructure for collecting performance data on all ads. This person will primarily operate in Google’s Ad Serving platform but will also utilize Excel and Google Sheets to communicate and track campaign details. Candidates should have an aptitude for technology and proven experience handling very detailed, data-driven projects with accuracy. We’re looking for someone who can adapt with the fast-changing Entertainment/Digital Media industries and can remain calm under pressure. He/she will embrace opportunities to solve technical problems or independently research unfamiliar topics. As part of the Ad Operations team, the Coordinator will also be expected to clearly communicate ad serving functions and statuses with other departments and outside vendors.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$40,000—$40,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities Include
- Upload creatives and generate placement tags in Google Campaign Manager
- Provide ongoing trafficking support for Project Managers during campaigns (clickthrough updates, creative swaps, new tag production, QA)
- Pull reports and review data to ensure campaigns are tracking properly
- Maintain trafficking nuances and contacts in Excel & Google Sheets
- Utilize resources and historical knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues
- Understand the Ad Serving Landscape & effectively communicate tagging capabilities to other non-technical teams
- Track team deadlines across all campaigns and client verticals

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Interest/education in digital ad serving, information systems or web/app development
- Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript
- Strong MS Office skills
- 0-1 years of experience working in online advertising operations or related field
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
- Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
