Brown & Brown is seeking an Account Administrator to join our growing team in Milwaukee, WI!
The Account Administrator provides high quality customer service while preparing documents for clients.
How You Will Contribute:
Perform a broad variety of duties and support services for property and casualty account team
- Accurately prepares, processes, reviews and monitors various documents such as certificates of insurance and Auto ID cards
- Process changes endorsements
- Process invoices
- Perform various rating calculations and quotations as requested
- Collect and maintain records and databases, and prepare reports using a variety of PC based software
- Process a variety of confidential information and documents
- Prepare or update various documents, worksheets and information
- Prepare policies for delivery
- Order loss runs and prepare loss summaries
Licenses and Certifications:
Licensed as a Producer of Property and Casualty in applicable state unless new to role and/or exception based on an individual’s duties. Participates in continuing education in order to maintain the appropriate level of credentials.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
College degree (preferred).
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven commitment to high quality customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to evaluate and prioritize multiple projects/tasks to maximize the number of internal and external clients that can be assisted while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a proactive approach to meeting service requirements.
- Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software, familiarity with various software applications and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Develops and maintains a working knowledge of Hays systems and processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment that is constantly changing.
