As an Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong financial acumen, nursing knowledge, and a passion for providing exceptional senior care.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the facility's operations
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to senior care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure proper medication administration
- Provide support and guidance to staff in handling dementia care and memory care needs
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their well-being is prioritized
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care
Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a senior care facility
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
- Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and dementia care
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of dedicated professionals
Requirements: Associate or Bachelor Degree in Health Care related field.
