Brown & Brown is Seeking a Sales Enablement and CRM Specialist to join our growing team in Portland, OR.
How You Will Contribute
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans within Microsoft Dynamics to enhance the visibility and market presence of the producers and the office.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with all internal teammates.
- Work closely with producers/leaders to conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, providing insights for the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Analyze and report on marketing and business development metrics, providing insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes within the insurance industry and incorporate relevant information into marketing and business development strategies.
- Assume the role of the Microsoft Dynamics Champion for the office.
- Work closely with Leadership to develop and execute strategic SDR initiatives.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar fields
- Strong technical background and proficient computer skills – Microsoft Suite
- Robust project management, organizational and communication skills – written and verbal.
- Proficient critical thinking skills
- Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently or in a team setting
- Very detail oriented with ability to self-prioritize
