As a Commercial Insurance Marketing Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies to acquire new business
- Managing the submission and tracking process for new business opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of marketing activities in the agency management system
- Designing and implementing marketing strategies for the Agency
- Sharing market trends, carrier information, and new opportunities with the commercial lines team
You'll also be responsible for:
- Rating new policies and completing necessary documentation
- Preparing accurate proposals and coordinating presentations with producers/account executives
- Binding accounts by preparing invoices and necessary documentation
- Transferring bound accounts to the assigned Commercial Service Representative and Commercial Lines Leader
To excel in this role, you'll require:
- A Property & Casualty License
- 3-5 years of Commercial Insurance experience in marketing, underwriting, or service
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Drive for success with sales aptitude
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to daytime travel
