Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop financial models to forecast business performance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
Accounts Payable:
- Assist in managing the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice processing, verification, and payment.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor relationships and address any payment-related inquiries.
- Monitor and report on accounts payable aging and cash flow.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial analysis.
- Support the Finance Manager in various finance-related projects and initiatives.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and accounts payable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced Excel skills: familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
