Job Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects. They will be hands on in this position. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction aspects and possess strong leadership skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- The Construction Project Manager is a leadership heavy position, responsible for managing various construction projects and crew personnel
- Supervise and direct assigned construction crew to ensure project is completed in accordance with design, budget and schedule; ensure team follows all Brown Design and Construction policies and procedures
- Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions and provide input with scheduling and material control to make sure project objectives are met
- Accurate and timely reporting of labor, materials and other pay items
- Supervise and direct crew to ensure productivity, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance of the project are met
- Interface with all on-site work teams (including subcontractors) as required, to resolve problems, ensure quality, safety, scheduling and achieving schedules in support of overall project objectives
- Project management in developing and implementing project Work Plans and procedures, working documents and standards to ensure project goals are achieved
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 3 years in the construction industry as a foreman or equivalent
- MUST have your own tools and reliable transportation!
This position offers a competitive salary of $60,000-$75,000 per year based on experience along with opportunities for career growth within our dynamic construction team.
