Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire construction project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules to ensure project viability.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals to maintain project flow.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Utilize project management software, including Sage, to track project milestones and budgets.
- Implement OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- 5 years civil project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Excel experience
- Utility, water/wastewater, or process piping experience would be outstanding

Salary : $125,000 - $165,000
