Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field or relevant experience
5 years of IT experience
Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure and Windows server networks
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong analytical skills to identify problems and execute solutions
Excellent communication skills – reading, writing, and verbal
High level of organizational skills
Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
The following duties and responsibilities are representative of those required by this position and are not meant to be all inclusive :
Research, recommend, approve the purchase of communication assets and services, including hardware, software, telephone, data and maintenance service, in accordance with company goals and budget limits set by the management team
Develop and maintain an annual information systems and communications expense budget and operate within its guidelines
Supervise and provide support to an IT Team of 4 employees
Ensure the security and accuracy of the company’s information assets
Manage BDC wired and wireless network including the corporate firewall, office phone, and cellular communication and branch office connectivity.
Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to BDC information systems
Monitor and ensure the Anheuser-Busch Equity agreement compliance in areas specific to information systems
Oversee the coordination, configuration and compliance with electronic commerce initiatives, whether sponsored internally by the company or by others (including our suppliers, or financial, governmental and retailer entities)
Develop and support end-user applications for management and employees of the company (special reports, presentations, databases, etc).
Audit IT equipment inventory and properly dispose of obsolete assets
