- Architectural Design: Develop and maintain scalable architecture solutions for Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry standards.
- Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions for the firm’s instance of Financial Services Cloud.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Leadership: Mentor and support the firm’s other Salesforce team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with industry regulations and security best practices, particularly within the investment banking domain.
- Integration: Collaborate with Accounting, IT, HR, and other departments to integrate Salesforce with existing systems and third-party applications, ensuring data integrity and flow.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams, design documents, and implementation guides.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with Salesforce architecture and development; previous experience in investment banking is highly desirable.
- Education: B.A. or B.S. in information technology/architecture, computer science, or a related discipline (an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered).
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce APIs, and integration methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a deep understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit at a work station for extended periods. The employee must have the ability to enter data into a computer and operate standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Normal vision is required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move packages and promotional materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and be able to package materials for shipping.

Salary : $160,000 - $220,000
