As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end innovative solutions for complex technical requirements. You will own and be responsible for the solution, design, development, and documentation of Salesforce implementations throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities
Comprehend complex business challenges and articulate optimal Salesforce capabilities and solutionsDesign and implement robust, scalable solutions for large-scale Salesforce engagements, ensuring seamless integration with external systemsSupport business development efforts both independently and in conjunction with Salesforce as a co-selling partnerBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams, managing expectations and resolving challengesAdapt to evolving client needs, managing multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining high client satisfactionHelp define and mature Kenway's Salesforce PracticeCoach and support internal resources on SFDC functionalityShape tools, artifacts, and capabilities to enhance our practice and market offeringsStay updated on market trends to keep our company at the forefront of the industryIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within the client baseQualifications, Skills and Credentials
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise Salesforce implementationsSystem Architect certification strongly desiredExtensive experience with native Salesforce functionality, best practices, and custom solutions. Must be extremely fluent in building flows, event driven architecture, and integration patternsExperience across the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Health CloudAbility to lead requirements gathering sessions and speak confidently on solution designProven experience in consulting, stakeholder management, and project deliveryTeam player who builds trust-based relationships and works cooperativelyBackground in integration technologies and platforms, with design and implementation experienceResults-oriented with high levels of initiative and driveExceptional client service skillsActive listener who provides clarity and solves the right problemsSelf-confident with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environmentsWhat We Offer Our Employees
