Responsibilities
- Assemble and disassemble equipment daily according to production.
- Work collaboratively on the assembly line to meet production goals.
- Operate equipment daily according to safety and production standards.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace within the factory or warehouse environment.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 80lbs consistently.
- Be able to work in a cold environment with temperatures ranging from -10 to 32 degrees.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Familiarity with forklift and pallet jack operation is a plus.
