Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements for insurance clients, ensuring compliance with statutory-based financial accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing insights and solutions to complex industry challenges.
- Oversee the work of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Stay current with industry developments and regulatory standards, including updates from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).
- Contribute to Firm growth by identifying new business opportunities, participating in proposal, and networking.
