Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate residential roofing and vinyl siding installation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires proficiency in construction management software and a solid understanding of project development processes specific to residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Planning: Organize planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for roofing and siding projects.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and sales representatives to ensure alignment with design specifications and customer expectations.
• Utilize Construction Management Software: Use tools such as AccuLynx, Hover, and Company Cam for effective project tracking and reporting.
• Manage Schedules and Budgets: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct Site Visits: Regularly monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Facilitate Communication: Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status and any changes, fostering a transparent and collaborative environment.
• Review Contracts: Negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors as necessary to ensure the best outcomes for the project.
• Prepare Reports: Create detailed project status reports for senior management and keep clients updated on progress.

Experience

• Proven Project Management: Experience in managing residential roofing and vinyl siding projects.
• Knowledge of Construction Processes: Strong understanding of roofing and siding installation techniques, as well as contract management.
