Brown’s Run is seeking a passionate and driven entry-level golf professional to work alongside our general manager and gain hands-on experience in golf operations to join our team. What You’ll Do:
- Pro Shop Operations – Customer service, tee sheet management, and day-to-day operations
- League Management – Oversee and organize club leagues, ensuring smooth operations and member engagement.
- Junior Golf Program – Lead and develop our youth golf initiatives, inspiring the next generation of golfers.
- Inventory Management – Assist in merchandising, stocking, and tracking golf shop inventory.
- Lessons & Player Development – Provide instruction to members and guests, helping them improve their game.
- Tournament Operations – Support club events and competitions to deliver top-tier experiences for players.
What We’re Looking For:
- A recent college graduate or PGA Associate looking to gain experience in a professional golf setting.
- Passion for the game of golf and a strong desire to grow in the industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with members and guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of golf operations, GHIN, tournament software, and ForeUp point-of-sale (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
