REPORTS TO:
Principal and Grade Level Assistant Principal
GENERAL DUTIES:
Teacher Team Lead Role Description:
- Actively promote positive adult culture and belonging, increase alignment and consistency across grade level homerooms and educators, and focus on maximizing learning time and outcomes for all students
- Prepare for and facilitate team collaboration and learning during weekly Collaboration Block Grade Level Team Meeting
- Meet with school-based administrators and teacher team leads for one 1-hour monthly meeting
- Collaborate openly and honestly with school-based administrators and cohort of team leads.
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will be an experienced and licensed teacher Browne Middle School grade level or Unified Arts teacher with a commitment to the school’s mission and vision.
COMPENSATION: Teacher Team Leads will be compensated the contractual hourly teacher rate for up to 30 total hours over the course of the school year.
