Field Superintendent
Browning Chapman, a rapidly growing specialty contractor with operations in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Ft. Myers and Dallas, is looking for general laborers to work on different projects in commercial, industrial and institutional environments across the United States.
Applicants with experience in construction environments is a must and experience in concrete restoration, caulking, masonry, epoxy coatings, polished concrete & epoxy floor or other specialty contracting trades is preferred.
Applicants should be punctual, reliable, hard-working individuals who have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and can pass a standard drug screen. Additionally, he or she should be a good listener, able to follow instructions and all safety policies and willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met
- Troubleshoot issues with workers, contractors, safety, quality, and more
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Complete project reports
- Serve as the main point of contact between the project team & project manager
- Travel is required
