SALES INTAKE COORDINATOR
*LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CHECK, DRUG SCREENING, AND TB TEST WILL BE REQUIRED.
EDUCATION
-HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
-EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND MEDICAL BACKGROUND VERY HELPFUL
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF FUNDING SOURCES, SUCH AS, MEDICARE, MEDICAID, PRIVATE INSURANCE, V.A., ETC. IS PREFERRED
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be willing to learn a general background of medical equipment and supplies.
- Must be able to answer most customer questions/inquires on medical equipment and/or supplies; if not, know where to get the information or direct the customer to the appropriate department.
- Process sales for customer orders, pick-ups, and deliveries.
- Verify customer insurance.
- Coordinate all necessary customer forms for accuracy and completeness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
