Duties

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue, including outbound sales initiatives and upselling techniques.
- Monitor inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and support staff in their roles, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records using relevant software systems to track sales support activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a retail or service-oriented environment.
- Strong mathematical skills for effective inventory management and financial analysis.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
